Woodland Walking

Woodland walkingWoodland walking is a wonderful way to spend a day or even a spare hour, the ever changing palette of nature provides a something different to look at with each visit. May be you're looking to buy, or already own a very large woodland or you've enjoyed walking in woodlands of others.

Under Section 16 of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act (CRoW), landowners can voluntarily 'dedicate' any type of land for public access in perpetuity in England and Wales to allow you to share your woodland with the public.

Dedicating your woodland for public access allows others to enjoy wonderful landscapes, great views and an opportunity to explore more of the countryside. Walkers also bring money into local communities.

Your woodland may provide important links with existing rights of way giving walkers access to some beautiful new walking routes.
